Today i've decided to blog about my little Hessa (even though im not a good writer and a really bad storyteller :p).
Hessa is 5 days old today. Now her mother tgh breasfeed her dekat nursery. Aku tak bole join sebab ramai mommy lain tgh breasfeeding jugak kot. Only mother jea yang bole access nursing area.
Ok..a little pasal my baby Hessa. My baby Hessa lahir 15th March 2011 around 2.30pm thru ceaserean dekat Gleaneagles Intan Ampang by Datuk Dr Abdul Aziz. Lepas lahir dia kena pakai pakai oxygen headbox pasal ada liquid dalam lung dia..maybe dia tertelan. In medical term benda nie panggil transient tachypnea of the newborn (TTN). (More details pasal benda nie can be found here). Mommy dia so far alhamdullillah ok. Cuma time malam bila ubat bius dah makin kurang so dia dah makin rasa sakit.
On her 2nd day..16th..Hessa dah start to get better..amount of oxygen yang bagi dekat dia dah reduced from 6L to 2L. If everything ok, dia punya pediatrician, Dato Dr Vernon cakap dia dah bole kluar from high density unit (HDU). Kata Dr Vernon, kawan2 hessa dekat nursery sebelah pon dah dok panggil-panggil Hessa nak ajak party..hehehe. Later at the evening, mommy Hessa dah start breastfeed dia. Malam pon mommy dia ada breastfeed dia lagi. Mommy dia time 2nd day nie makin lemah and tired. Pain from the ceaserian makin kuat mommy Hessa rasa kot.
Third day. Hessa dah bawak kluaq from HDU..dia dah dekat nursery. Dalam petang time Hessa nak susu, nurse dah bole bawak Hessa datang bilik. Hessa on off masuk bilik for few times for breastfeed. Second last pukul 1-3am and then lepas tue pukul 4-6am. Si Hessa nih suka lena time breasfeed..tido mulut ternganga-nganga. On third day nie juga i learned on how to burp the baby and tukaq diaper dia. Aku jugak tgk dia poop poop for first time :D
18th March 2011. Hari keempat. Awal pagi me and wife dapat tau baby Hessa kena jaundice. Baby kena stay under nurse punya attention balik. My wife agak down time nih pasal Hessa macam tanak menyusu sgt and menangis-menangis. She continue breastfeed her for few times. And alhamdulillah, dia dapat pump milk byk jugak hari keempat nih untuk baby hessa. Malam pon dapat pump milk lagi and alhamdulillah makin byk (tahap bocor..menitik-nitik)
Today 19th March 2011. Awal pagi tadi Dr Vernon bagitau so far baby is getting better. From 2 lights nak kurangkan jaundice tuh today diaorang just pakai 1 jea light dah. If anything ok, Dr Vernon cakap esok dah bole discharge from hospital. Hopefully she will get well soon. InsyaAllah.
